Deep diaphragmatic breathing has been shown to lower blood pressure, reduce heart rate, decrease stress hormones, exercise the lungs, increases physical and mental energy, and improve immunity. This breathing technique is one of the body's strongest self-healing tools, and we'll work to practice utilizing this tool in these weekly sessions.

You will achieve a great health benefit from doing this class!  I truly hope that you can join me.  I would certainly appreciate your support!

RSVP Here:
then scroll to the bottom right-hand side of the page to register.
After registration, AARP will send you a secure link.  If you don't get a link, register again and make sure you gave your email correctly.  Please sign in early so you do not miss the beginning!

The first class seemed successful.  The outreach went out nationwide. There were 345 registered, with 152 in attendance, and the majority stayed on through the entire session.  There were many very positive comments in the chat, and some mentioned they were registered for and looking forward to the following Thursday’s session.
This is the second class of a four-week trial period.  If we have good attendance and good energy abounds, the class may continue for an indefinite period of time. Please give feedback in the class chat room.

In Tennessee Williams’s The Night of the Iguana, a defrocked clergyman encounters inside disturbances amid outside disturbances during one stormy night at the Costa Verde Hotel in Acapulco as the world prepares for World War II. After four women of different ages and backgrounds, along with a 97-year-old poet, engage in the clergyman’s spiritual struggles, their lives leap dramatically forward. And the catalytic, defrocked clergyman survives the night.
Full cast includes Dylan McDermott, Phylicia Rashad, Roberta Maxwell, Austin Pendleton, Jean Lichty and Keith Randolph Smith with Carmen Berkeley, Eliud Kauffman, Julio Macias, Stephanie Schmiderer, Bradley James Tejeda and John Hans Tester.
Presented by special arrangement with the University of the South (Sewanee, TN), and Concord Theatricals on behalf of Samuel French, Inc.
