I am excited to welcome you to Sun City Aliante, a 2,028-home active adult community that is part of the Aliante master-planned community of over 6,600 single-family residences located on the northern edge of the Las Vegas Valley. Sun City Aliante, one of the most sought-after 55+ communities in the Las Vegas Valley, has been named the Outstanding Large Homeowners Association in Southern Nevada by the Community Associations Institute (CAI) five of the last six years.

 

We are a safe, friendly community offering first-class amenities, including a spacious Community Center, a city-owned golf course that runs through the community and a hotel-casino with excellent dining options nearby. When you are ready to hit The Strip, you can register at the Front Desk for the many shows and trips that are offered though the Lifestyle Department. In addition, you can take advantage of the many Lunch ‘n’ Learn and Snack ‘n’ Learn educational seminars that are featured weekly at the Community Center.
