MANAGER'S MESSAGE
 Hello Residents,
I hope you enjoyed a very happy Veteran's Day! I am sure you now busy preparing for the Thanksgiving Holiday. I can almost smell the yummy foods that make the day so memorable with family and friends.
NEW BOARD MEMBER APPOINTED!
I want to congratulate Lisa Kittredge on being appointed to the Board of Directors at Sun City Aliante Community Association. The Board of Directors are very pleased to have you as a fellow member.
EXPANSION OF THE BREEZE MAGAZINE
I am excited to announce the Board of Directors has approved expanding The Breeze magazine from 52 to 60 pages, starting in January 2026.
The increase will be fully offset by adding two advertisers from the wait list, each purchasing a full-page ad at $800 per month. Four of the pages will be used to replace the inserts currently included in the magazine. Two more pages will be used for advertising and the two remaining pages will be used for additional advertising or new content.
The additional benefits realized by the expansion include: eliminating labor associated with printing 4,000 inserts and reduced paper and toner costs. Enjoy reading the newly expanded Breeze in January 2026, and tell your friends who may not be reading it to check it out.
PROJECT UPDATE
PICKLEBALL BATHROOMS - The vendor has informed me that the new countertops were cut, and he is awaiting delivery. He has also informed me that floor paint has been delayed and he hopes to have it here by Monday, November 17. NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH ~ SPECIAL NOTIFICATION ABOUT OUTSIDE FLICKERING LIGHTS
