GENTLE REMINDERS
Sauna: The Sauna is open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. (Monday through Saturday) and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Sunday). We have the Sauna running until noon every day during the busiest hours. If you wish to use the Sauna after 12 p.m., please call the Front Desk about 20 minutes in advance, and it will be ready when you arrive.
Access to Pool/Sauna Area: While the pool is restricted to class participants during classes, residents can still have access to the spa and sauna located in the pool area, when the classes are in session.
Swim Lanes: The markers in the Swim Lanes are removed approximately 5 to 30 minutes before swimming classes begin, depending on the availability of maintenance. However, if someone is using a swim lane, they are allowed to remain in the pool up until 5 minutes before classes.
Tissues: New locked tissue holders will be mounted in all bathrooms. Tissues will also be available at the Front Desk.

BOARD CANDIDATE NOMINATION FORM & INFORMATIONAL STATEMENT If you are interested in running as a Candidate in the 2026 Board of Directors Election, the Nomination Form and Informational Statement will be included as inserts in the February Breeze. These forms are also available at the Front Desk of the Community Center and on the Association website at www.suncityaliante.org under Documents – Commonly Used Forms. Completed forms must be submitted to the Community Center Front Desk no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
ELECTRONIC VOTING
I am excited to announce that we are introducing Electronic Voting for the 2026-27 Board Election. We are modernizing how we vote while ensuring the process remains fair, transparent, and accessible to all residents. If we have a formal election, we will contract our provider, The Ballot Box, to distribute ballots electronically to homeowners who prefer to vote online and mail paper ballots to those who wish to vote by mail. For more information, please read the February issue of The Breeze.
AGE VERIFICATION SURVEY You will find an Age Verification Survey included as an insert in the February issue of The Breeze. Please complete the form and return it at your earliest convenience to the Front Desk. Every two years, our residents are asked to complete this survey to ensure the protection of the age-restricted and tax status of Sun City Aliante under state and federal law. This form, which is also available in the Community Center Customer Service Office or the Front Desk, must be turned in no later than August 31, 2026.
WE WELCOME YOUR SUBMISSIONS FOR RESIDENT SPOTLIGHT Many of you had exciting careers and amazing adventures… are you willing to disclose your stories? This is a great way to share your amazing anecdotes with our community. Please stop at the table across from the Front Desk, fill out a form, and place it in the appropriate box. Trish Williamson will give you a call to set up a time to discuss your story for a RESIDENT SPOTLIGHT article. We look forward to hearing from you.
