Coffee with the Board ~ Wednesday, November 4
Just a friendly reminder that Coffee with the Board is coming up next Wednesday, November 4, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Vista Room. Stop by to chat with the Board of Directors, ask questions, share ideas, or provide feedback about the community. The Board always appreciates hearing from residents!
If you have a question or topic you would like the Board to review ahead of time, please complete the Resident Information Form. You can email the completed form to GM@suncityaliante.us or print it and drop it off at the Front Desk. The form is also available through the applicable News Flash on the Sun City Aliante website.
Pool, Spa, and Pool Area Closure
As mentioned in last week’s eBlast, the pool, spa, and pool area will close beginning Tuesday, November 3, while new chlorinators are installed for the pool and spa.
After installation, the Southern Nevada Health District must inspect the equipment and approve the facilities before they can reopen. The inspection is scheduled for Thursday, November 5, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Residents will be notified as soon as approval is received and the facilities are ready to reopen.

Please Help Keep Wildlife Wild!
Coyotes are a natural part of the Southern Nevada environment, and residents may occasionally spot them in or around Sun City Aliante. As a reminder, please do not feed wildlife, including coyotes, ducks, rabbits, or other animals. While it may seem harmless, feeding wildlife can attract coyotes closer to homes and common areas in search of food.
Here are a few simple ways residents can help:
Taking these simple steps can help discourage coyotes from coming closer to homes and amenities while allowing local wildlife to remain in its natural environment.

Thinking about making changes to the exterior of your home? Remember that ARC approval is required before beginning exterior modifications. This includes projects such as landscaping changes, patio covers, and other exterior improvements.
Applications can be submitted online through the Sun City Aliante Portal or completed on paper and submitted to Carol at the office. If you have questions or need assistance with the application process, stop by and see Carol. She’ll be happy to help!
There is a one-time $25 fee for your first ARC application. All subsequent ARC applications are free to submit.
