Combined eBlast
September 10, 2026

Hello, Sun City Aliante Residents!

I wanted to provide a quick update on what is happening around the Community Center this week, along with a friendly reminder as we head into the fall travel season.

Community Center Project Update

Work is moving along on the improvements throughout the Community Center. RSI has begun painting the Conference Room, with the painting scheduled to be completed this Friday. The new carpet and baseboards will also be completed in the Conference Room on Friday, bringing the room closer to completion.

Friday will also be a busy day in the offices. The Customer Service Office and Assistant Manager’s Office will be painted, with new carpet and baseboards also being completed in the Customer Service Office. New baseboards will also be installed in the Assistant Manager’s Office.

Next week, work will move to the restrooms located near the Vista Room. These restrooms will need to be closed for a couple of days while the painting is completed.

We are pleased to see the progress being made and look forward to seeing these spaces come together as the work continues. Thank you for your patience and understanding while these improvements are underway.

A Friendly Neighborhood Reminder

With many residents traveling throughout the year, I also want to remind everyone of the importance of looking out for one another while a neighbor is away.

If you are planning to leave town, consider letting a trusted neighbor know that you will be away so they can keep an eye on your home. If possible, having a neighbor safely collect packages or other deliveries can help prevent items from sitting outside your home and making it appear that the home is vacant.

Likewise, if you accidentally receive a neighbor’s mail or package, please be a good neighbor and make an effort to get it to them. You can give it directly to your neighbor or drop it off at the Community Center so we can contact the resident and help get it to them.

Taking a few simple steps and looking out for one another can make a big difference in keeping our community safe and connected.

Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation as these improvements move forward!
